The PAL version of "Mario Kart Wii" has leaked onto the internet, thanks to release group "Moment." The game WILL run on NTSC systems but, be advised, it will attempt to install a 3.2E update (duplicate channels and potential semi-brick) if you are not already updated to version 3.2 or use WiiBrickBlocker or similar.

It reportedly works on all current modchips but the iso cannot be opened with Trucha Signer.

UPDATE: It appears using any patching app that modifies the iso file will cause you to lose the Mario Kart Channel inside the game for checking leaderboards, etc. The installer for this channel resides in the third partition of the iso, which seems to be lost when using any patching apps.

UPDATE 2: You may still see the leaderboards inside the game. Channels are just for easier access. Waninkoko's WiiUR works like a charm and instantly. This will remove the update from the game and will boot flawlessly with no update hasle. Tested on WiiKey 1.9s - Wii 3.2U with PAL Mario Kart Wii working perfectly.
