Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 - Full Retail

This is the last year Jasc had it's name on PSP, after this they sold out to Corel, who's first version was PSP X.

You can then apply your color to the textured canvas using tools such as Chalk, Crayon, and Oil Brush.
